Oops

So I totally missed that Thefrenchman already put up information about our awesomeness with Off The Cuff This weekend...I guess I should check the site more often....

OH WELL!

You know what I'm gonna do!?

What you say?

I'll tell you. I'm gonna leave it up. There are no mistakes in improv, and there are no mistakes on our site as well.

IN FACT:
I meant to post that information twice because it is doubly relevant and awesome....and all the more reason you should go. HA!...I should you smart alecs....

Double XP WEEKEND! Saturday night special with OFF THE CUFF!!

Join us this Friday night for a brand spankin' new long form that we have created that puts the fate of the improvisors in the hands of YOU! (the audience). The show is called "Choose your own adventure" and it works just like the classic choose your own adventure books. At times there be choices and decisions which we are relying on from the audience to determine. The show can go anywhere you want it to!

Old Friends

Tonight, the Comedy Project presents: A Day in the Life, a long form improvisational extravaganza! The inspiration for tonight's show will be drawn from the Facebook page of one of our lucky audience members. In addition, we are pleased to report that the stupendous Andy Naftz will be joining us for a limited engagement; the engagement I alluded to just seven words previously is in fact tonight's performance! So be there, or miss Andy. And you don't want to do that.

An Unusual Confluence

This year, as you may be aware, Valentine's Day falls on the day after Friday the 13th. Detractors of the holiday may find this deliciously just, but no matter your stance regarding "Singles Awareness Day," their comingling serves as a bittersweet reminder of those times when we've been unlucky in love. Awww... let's all feel sorry for ourselves.

Well, now that that's over with, I'm pleased to announce that this Friday, the Comedy Project will present before its audience a performance born from the combined essence of these two days of note.

Momentous Events

This weekend, Comedy Project will play not one, but two, yes sir, no less sir, two shows! The first is our regularly scheduled melange of improvisation games and scenes, taking place at the traditional haunt, 2nd and Benton, and at the agreed-upon time, namely, ten 'o' clock.

As for the second, it is my duty to inform you that you are in for, as they say, a treat. A confection of the rarest variety.

A Marvelous Menagerie of Misfits

TONIGHT the COMEDY PROJECT will EXHIBIT one of its TRADITIONAL AMUSEMENTS! THRILL to the COMIC ANTICS of Messrs. John Severs, Andrew Katseanes, Theodore Bonman and Mmes. Kelsey Newcomb, Toya Davis, and Ashley Laurence! SURE to DELIGHT the YOUNG AND OLD! WATCH as SCENES OF AMAZEMENT are rendered BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES, without BENEFIT OF PRIOR PREPARATION! GOGGLE, SLACK-JAWED at FEATS of ACROBATICS! WORDPLAY! SWORDPLAY! HORSEMANSHIP! ANIMAL HUSBANDRY!

Last Night's Show

Saturday, January 10th, 2008

Last night we held our reunion show with Josh (currently working with National Comedy Theatre and HAprov in New York), our goodbye show for Andy, Todd, and Kyle (goodnight, sweet princes) and our first show with new member Andrew! Good luck in California and in New York, Andy and Kyle! And Todd, we look forward to having you pop in and play any time you feel the urge. That sounded a little suggestive.
